Leveraged GivingThe government pays between $5.00 and $8.00 per student in the program depending on the country of operation. These funds offset expenses significantly lowering the cost per student. A common question is, if the government and the parents are paying for it, why does Mission Generation need money to conduct its ministry? It is simple, we are a ministry and not a business; it takes money to bring Jesus to the lost. Mission Generation has to front the costs for designing, redesigning, reediting, reformatting, printing, distributing, and legalizing the material as well as certifying the teachers, and training the parents before we get paid a single cent from the government or the parents. Mission Generation has to outlay the cash and wait for more than an entire school year before we can collect from the schools. So while Mission Generation does receive income from the state, we need your help to take advantage of this incredibly leveraged giving opportunity. Without your financial support, Mission Generation is stuck in a catch-22. Mission Generation needs to pay the up-front expenses to make the program available to students, certify the teachers and train the parents. And then, as Mission Generation's impact increases it can grow at an exponential rate as monies are reinvested to reach more and more students. Help KidsAdopt a SchoolYou can adopt a classroom, school or school district. Sponsorship provides resources that otherwise would be unavailable. Programs are child-focused but also benefit the teachers and parents.
Mission Generation is a non-profit, Bible based character development program used in public and private schools (K-12) to bring students, teachers and parents to salvation and train them in the practical application of the Word of God.
