Ministry HistoryIn 1999 God gave Rocky Malloy a plan to win entire nations to Jesus. Rocky took his inspiration from Paul in Acts 19:9-10 where is says, "… reasoning daily in the school of Tyrannus. And this continued for two years, so that all who dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks." Paul changed the entire world without buying property or getting involved in construction projects, instead he used existing networks though which to bring the Gospel. Using Paul's example, the Malloy's plan was simple: Reach society with Jesus through schools. A pilot project was launched that same year in three schools with a total of just 44 students. The results were so powerful that schools started lining up to participate in the program. In 2004 the Bolivian Government issued an executive order giving Mission Generation access to every school in the country, which followed an earlier resolution by the Bolivian Senate, licensing Mission Generation to produce curriculum, train teachers and parent groups. The resolution also gave Mission Generation the authority to call any participating school to assemble. By 2010 Mission Generation had:
Armed with government contracts, endorsements from the Catholic Church, an excellent track record of transformed lives and improved education Mission Generation has extended the program to Chile and Paraguay. Their success has provoked other Latin America and Caribbean countries to invite Mission Generation to come to their schools.
