Work Experience: Prior work experience in the Insurance, Healthcare & Oil & Gas industries (1984-1990), legal experience includes Associate, McLeod, Alexander, Powell & Apffel, Galveston, Texas (1991-1994); Associate, Berg & Androphy, Houston, Texas (1994-1995), Partner, Maxwell, Baker & McFatridge, (1995-2000).

Over the last five years, Mr. Dickson has seeded six telecommunications related companies; including C2C Fiber, Inc. Mr. Dickson was and is an active participant in executive management and a director on most boards. Collectively, the annual revenue for these companies in 1999 was in excess of 10 million dollars. Mr. Dickson is now part of the management team of C2C Fiber and in November closed a third round of equity funding at the 25 million dollar level. Mr. Dickson serves as Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Dickson also has interests in the automobile industry and real state development.

James Saunders is a mission strategist with over 30 years of experience. He has directed several organizations that have operated outreaches in over 40 nations.

Why I work with Mission Generation:

The Mission Generation program has proven over and over again to be transformational wherever it has been adopted.

A few years ago the worlds of marketing and technology coined the term "disruptive" to describe new advancements that were breakthroughs on such a significant level that they altered the future as we had once imagined it.

The Mission Generation project is this category. Wherever the program has been deployed, lives of students, teachers and entire families have been transformed. This can only lead to one thing... the transformation of an entire society.

Developing nations have struggled for decades, even centuries, trying to pull themselves out of demoralizing social failure cycles. No nation will succeed in casting off failures of the past without laying fresh principle and value foundations starting with the cornerstone of their youth. Mission Generation is the platform to do exactly that.

Linda Colby

Short bio:

Linda is an enthusiastic elementary school teacher with over 25 years of public school experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education and her Master of Arts in Special Education from the University of Maryland. She has taught in Maryland, Virginia, and California. Presently, she is working in the Solana Beach School District, in Rancho Santa Fe, California. Her vocational passion is helping children with Special Needs of all varieties. Furthermore, she and her family have a heart for the people of Latin America.

Linda became involved with Mission Generation through a woman's Christan organization called SEEDS, (Sending Economic Encouragement to Distressed Societies). She felt God's call to be a part of Mission Generation. Furthermore, her strong desire to participate in The Great Commission, to make disciples of all nations, combined with the proven success of Mission Generation to make positive changes in the moral, economic, and cultural fabric of Bolivia was compelling. The fact that Mission Generation is accomplishing so much good with so little resources convinced Linda of the powerful forces of the Holy Spirit sweeping through South America. Linda saw the TREMENDOUS positive influence that Mission Generation could contribute to our world and for the Lord's kingdom.

William B. Mattingly

Biography

Bill Mattingly is Founder and President of Mattingly Low Vision, Inc., a corporation dedicated to providing optical devices for the visually impaired. Mr. Mattingly has a Bachelor in Mathematics, Masters in Education, and is an ABO Master in Ophthalmic Optics. He lectures internationally on the subject of special optics.

When Bill is not working for his company, he is enthusiastically volunteering for Mission Generation for the redemption of souls through Jesus Christ and the Word of God. Bill prepared for ministry by earning B.Th. and D. Min. degrees.
